PJ's Summer Concert Series

Join us on select Tuesday nights where the music rivals the views and friends blend into family. The PJ’s Summer Concert Series at Gray’s Crossing returns this summer with four select nights of local bands, stunning scenery, and a relaxed atmosphere, all right in your backyard. Grab a blanket and join us on the lawn, or elevate your experience with a PJ’s dining reservation. Concessions will be available on the lawn. No ice chests. No outside food or beverages allowed.

Tuesday Summer Evenings, Perfected!

On select Tuesday nights, meet us where the music rivals the views and friends blend into family. The PJ’s Summer Concert Series at Gray’s Crossing brings together local bands, stunning scenery, and a relaxed atmosphere, all right in your backyard. We believe an evening this perfect should be shared, so concerts are open to the public. Grab a blanket and join us on the lawn, or elevate your experience with a PJ’s dining reservation.

Dining reservations open at 7am on Wednesday, two weeks before a concert. Reservations for Tuesday nights are available online only.

Lawn seating opens for concerts at 4:30pm.

Show 5:30pm – 7:30pm.

Food and drinks concessions available for guests seated on lawn.

No outside food or beverage allowed.

CONCERT LINEUP

JUNE 18: EVERYDAY OUTLAW

This Lake Tahoe-based five piece has one boot-stompin’ foot in traditional 1970’s country music and the other firmly planted in the modern outlaw country movement. What began in 2015 with gigs at the local pizza and jazz bars has expanded to fronting nationally touring acts, sold out club shows, and festival appearances. With a traditional honky tonk country line up of acoustic guitar, Telecaster, pedal steel, Fender bass and drums, topped off with haunting vocals and a heavy dose of attitude, Everyday Outlaw is sure to move you to your feet and pull at your heart strings in the same evening.

JULY 2: DEAD WINTER CARPENTERS

Since forming in 2010, California-based Dead Winter Carpenters has gained a reputation for steadfast touring, heartfelt performances, and authentic Americana. Portland Metronome puts the quintet “at the forefront of a youthful generation trying to redefine what string music is and what it can do.”

JULY 23: BOOT JUICE

A band that refuses to be locked into a single genre, Boot Juice finds a sense of freedom in their ability to float from bluesy rock’n’roll to progressive bluegrass and back. Inspired by the likes of Railroad Earth and soulful harmonies of Creedence Clearwater Revival, Boot Juice curates a sound that is uniquely their own, resulting in a layered and dynamic live performance. Boot Juice has been kickin' around the west since 2017, leaving audiences happy, and dance floors sticky. The 7-piece band features electric and acoustic guitars, three vocalists, bass, drums, trumpet and alto saxophone. The band has its heart in Americana songwriting, with a rock’n’roll delivery that gets crowds moving. Boot Juice plays music that will attempt to bring you to the street corner, the river side, or the open highway.

AUGUST 6: JELLY BREAD

Jelly Bread has risen from Reno/Lake Tahoe area favorites into a nationally- touring, powerhouse quintet that delivers a high-energy, chameleonic playlist all over the United States. Jelly Bread’s distinct style is identified by a blend of desert twang meeting the urban tones of funk and rock. Exceptional songwriting and storytelling interlaced with four part harmonies, intricate “in-the-pocket” drum and bass grooves, swampy lap steel guitar, dirt under the fingernails guitar licks, tasty talkbox, “take-’em-to-church” organ come together into a sound that is downright appetizing.

KNOW BEFORE YOU GO:

All concerts are free to attend and the show typically runs from 5:30pm – 7:30pm. Lawn seating opens at 4:30pm.

NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR BEVERAGES (except water) ARE ALLOWED. ABSOLUTELY NO ICE CHESTS. However, we will have remote stands offering food, drink, and dessert options for purchase.

Parking is limited and available first come, first served. We highly suggest considering carpooling or having friends drop you off. Please respect the no parking signs and the directions of our parking attendants.

We will have 2 entrances/exits to help with access. Entry for PJs dining reservations will be at the PJ’s entrance. Entry for general audience lawn seating will be to the left of the building. Signs will be posted to direct you when you arrive!

Please do not go on the golf course. Parents need to watch their children.
