Put the car in the garage for the summer, all your recreation opportunities are just a golf cart or bike ride away. From lounging by the pool to dining at PJ’s and enjoying a free concert, get ready for summer fun!

Learn new skills, ditch bad habits, or just play with a worthy opponent! Child and Adult Tennis programming as well as private lessons available.
Kid’s Programming
Truckee Trailblazers (4-11)
Let your child be a trailblazer this summer. They know best what they want to do, and we took that into account while creating this camp. Instead of carving out a strict schedule of back-to-back activities they are not interested in, we have designed a camp that allows kids to follow their own path, or in this case, blaze their own trail.
Peak Pursuits (11-15)
Keep your child’s mind active this summer as they explore outdoors, and learn a new skill with these fun-focused adventures and experiences aimed at kids 11 to 15. Pursuits include outdoor adventures like paddleboarding and ropes course days but also offer skills-building experiences like cooking classes and gardening.

Hiking Trails
Explore the natural landscape just beyond the confines of Old Greenwood. Both paved and dirt trails allow you to get out for some fresh air and explore the paradise we call Truckee/Tahoe.
MTB Trails
Load the mountain bike in the car and head for a nearby trailhead, it’s time for a single-track state of mind. From the Donner Lake Rim Trail to the Emigrant Trail and everything in between, riding on dirt is always a good way to reset.

Aptly nicknamed “The Jewel of the Sierra” Tahoe’s emerald blue waters are iconic for a reason. Any visit to its stunning shores is a treat, but getting out on the water via boat, kayak, or paddle board is where you truly start to experience its beauty.

The Truckee River is the ideal place to spend a summer afternoon trailing your fingers in the water, catching some serious rays!
Donner Lake
Relax on the beach, explore the lake via paddleboard, or swim in the warm summer waters. This “locals lake” is the perfect place to hang out, soak up the sun and watch the world pass by.
