Available Camps:
Half-Day Week (9:00am-1:00pm or 12:00-4:00pm; $325/week per child)
Half-Day Single (9:00am-1:00pm or 12:00-4:00pm; $70/day per child, 3-day limit)
Full-Day Week (9:00am-4:00pm; $450/week per child)
Full-Day Single Day (9:00am-4:00pm; $100/day per child, 3-day limit)

RSVP required. No drop-ins. (RSVP’s close the Friday before the camp starts).
Full-Day Camp will be available Monday-Friday, 9:00am-4:00pm. Max 8 kids.
Half-Day Camp will be available Monday-Friday, 9:00am-1:00pm or 12:00-4:00pm. Max 8 kids for each session.
Please send your child with sun screen already applied, a hat, a swimsuit, and a water bottle, all clearly labeled with their name.
You must fill out the youth medical registration form prior to dropping your kids off.
We require a minimum of 2 children to be signed up in order to operate a camp program.

Inclement Weather/Smoke:
Camp days with inclement weather or an AQI of 150+ will continue indoors. AQI levels will be monitored from the Old Greenwood sensor on PurpleAir.com.
Sick Policy:
Please do not send your child to camp if he or she is not feeling well. If a child becomes sick during camp, the staff will contact a parent to arrange for immediate pick-up.
Emergency Procedures:
Upon registration of a camper, parents are asked to provide detailed information concerning the health of their child. In case of an emergency, parents and/or emergency contact will be notified. In case of serious medical emergency, a Pavilion staff member will escort the child to the nearest medical facility for treatment.
Member Charge Authorization:
A 50% non-refundable deposit will hold your spot for camp at the time of booking. The balance for camp will be charged one week prior to the first day of camp. The camp deposit may be applied to a different week (based on availability) if you give us a full week notice. Once booked, the deposit is non-refundable. All cancellations made at least one week before the start of camp will not be charged the balance. For any cancellations made within a week of the camp start date, or after the camp has started, will be charged the full amount and no refund will be provided.
By RSVPing for an event, you agree to have your Tahoe Mountain Club Member account charged for the full amount due. All events have a one-week cancellation policy, where Tahoe Mountain Club Members are subject to being charged in-full for an event if they do not show at the event or cancel within the given time frame. Members with ACH billing setup will see the charge reflected on their monthly bill. Members who do not have ACH setup will be asked for a credit card upon arrival to the event.
Due to the nature of events, we ask that you commit to your reservation so that we can accommodate as many Members as possible and honor our commitment to vendors and other departments who are supporting the event. All events have a one week cancellation policy, where Tahoe Mountain Club Members are subject to being charged in-full for an event if they do not show at the event or cancel within the given time frame.
Please refer to above policy to see if guests are permitted at this event. Members will be responsible for paying any applicable guest fees in addition to the cost of the event ticket.
