Get ready to have a blast combining water sports and yoga right here at the Pavilion! Meet us down at the lower pool, where we’ll familiarize ourselves with stand-up paddleboard (SUP) basics, put the boards in the water, and start our yoga session. Our instructor, Eileen Allen, guides you through each step of balancing on the board and moving through gentle yoga poses. The added challenge of performing poses on a floating object engages muscles you wouldn’t normally use, and can even improve your indoor yoga practice.
Class limited to 6 participants, please register in advance.

Oasis (Adult) Pool, the Pavilion.

Details:
-Ages 12 and up; 12-16 year old must have an adult accompany them in class.
-Hosted class.
-Fitness Level: All levels welcome.
-Please wear comfortable clothes that you don’t mind getting wet (Unexpected swims can be half the fun!) Stand-up Paddleboards and all equipment provided.
-RSVP required.

Cancellation Policy:
Due to the nature of events, we ask that you commit to your reservation so that we can accommodate as many Members as possible and honor our commitment to vendors and other departments who are supporting the event. All events have a one week cancellation policy, where Tahoe Mountain Club Members are subject to being charged in-full for an event if they do not show at the event or cancel within the given time frame.
