Our New Year’s Eve Glitz & Groove Disco Party is pulling out all the stops with everything you need for an unforgettable night. Step into The Timbers and be transported back to the ultimate era of glam, with disco beats, high-energy vibes, and a sparkling toast as we count down to 2025, East Coast-style!

Event Details:

  • Date: Tuesday, December 31
  • Time: 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM (East Coast Midnight Toast at 9:00 PM)
  • Location: The Timbers
  • Child Care: Available from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM at the Kids’ Club

What to Expect:

  • Complimentary Welcome Glass of sparkles and *Mid-night toast
  • DJ & Dance Floor: Get down to the best of the ‘70s and beyond with a DJ spinning tunes that’ll have you groovin’ all n
  • Studio 54-Style Feast: Enjoy complimentary appetizers and a buffet packed with retro-inspired bites, designed to fuel a night of serious dancing.
  • Countdown & Toast: At 9:00 PM, raise a glass for an East Coast countdown and a champagne toast to start 2025 in style!
  • Dress to Impress: This is your chance to go all-out—think sequins, bell-bottoms, glitter, and ‘70s glam!

Kids’ NYE Party at the Kids’ Club:
While you’re ringing in the New Year at The Timbers, the kids will be celebrating with their very own NYE party! Our Kids’ Club will be transformed into a fun-filled party zone featuring:

  • Movies & Games
  • Activities & Crafts
  • Kid-Friendly Dance Party

Pricing:

  • Adults: $80 per person
  • Kids: $20 per person

CANCELLATION POLICY

Due to the nature of events, we ask that you commit to your reservation so that we can accommodate as many Members as possible and honor our commitment to vendors and other departments who are supporting the event. All events have a one week cancellation policy, where Tahoe Mountain Club Members are subject to being charged in-full for an event if they do not show at the event or cancel within the given time frame.

Guest Policy

Please refer to above policy to see if guests are permitted at this event. Members will be responsible for paying any applicable guest fees in addition to the cost of the event ticket.
