Barre Above is an eclectic, progressive fusion of ballet-inspired movement, Pilates and Yoga. Exercises are performed center floor utilizing a variety of equipment such as the sponge ball, gliding discs, resistance tubing, weights and mats to create a total body workout for all levels. Over time this program will improve balance, strength and posture.
Class will take place live in the Group Exercise Studio in the Pavilion fitness center!
